Rick and his crew were great. I was looking for someone to come in and upgrade the electrical outlets in my home. He responded quickly and was able to get someone there basically the next day. Fantastic work on this difficult project. The guys were able to drill into base of podiums and hide wiring under steps and ground. Very responsive and honest .. charged less than the original quote by 20% because they weee able to complete faster. Highly recommended!

Ricardo and his team were great. They were quick to respond to me when soliciting a quote, one of the first to offer to come out and their pricing was in line with others I spoke to. I was very impressed with Ricardo when he came out so we gave him the job and am glad we did. Our project was a bit complicated as we were moving some electrical around, adding more switches in multiple places as well as adding additional outdoor hookups for cameras and some other devices. Ricardo and his team were attentive to our needs and creative in solutioning to meet my needs while at all times being very particular in ensuring they were complying to City of Chicago code. Overall, they were great and I will be using them for all of our electrical projects going forward.

I highly recommend working with Rick! We asked him to come to our house to replace 3 broken smoke detectors. He responded promptly with availability the very next day, showed up right on time, and did a wonderful job replacing the smoke detectors. While he was here he even noticed another electrical issue we had that no other professional had been able to solve. He troubleshooted and quickly figured out the issue, got the parts, and fixed it for us that same night! He saved us a lot of headache and solved something that had been on our to-do list for months, which was an unexpected surprise to the visit. Overall, Ricardo was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, a great problem solver, and does excellent work. We will be hiring him again soon!

The tech, Michael, with Ricks electrical was very professional and reviewed all work with me and explained in detail what was required to complete the cable requiring prior to starting. He had all the tools necessary to complete the job and cleaned up his entire work spaces. He also provided his opinion on best options for wiring so that it was neat and presentable for each room. He worked very efficiently and was a pleasant young man. He even completed everything he needed to do so that our internet was only down for a few minutes. Rick is really wonderful. I could only pick three items but he is also punctual and a good value. Rick worked on two outside electrical lights and help me to pick out good units. He set the lengthen of the lights for me and advised there are multiple time limits before they turn off. He also came back to replace the gutter cable system. We discussed how the unit was currently designed and what should be done with recommendations on the replacement cable warmers for the gutters. Rick and his team was great to work with and even took the time explaining how the system worked and if the GFI trips what it means.
